Join the Carroll Symphony Orchestra and Conductor Terry Lowry as we present Beethoven's magnificent 7th Symphony on February 13 at the Carroll County Performing Arts Center. In addition, we will perform works by American greats Peter Mennin (Folk Overture) and Claude Debussy (Clair de Lune). We will also premiere the winning compositions from the CSO Young Composer Competition.
